Under the leadership of Bishop Victoria Carney and Ministries of Christ, Tracey is the Pastor of One Love MOC Church, a college campus ministry at Kentucky State University. She is also the founder of The She Is Me Ministry, a global, multigenerational, multicultural community for women. With a background of more than three decades as a Christian teacher, minister, deaconess, spiritual counselor, and prison mentor, Tracey has dedicated her life to serving and empowering women on their journeys of self-discovery and spiritual fulfillment.

In the community, she is a social advocate who has led and participated in several nonviolent demonstrations, including the 2020 march in Washington, DC, and received a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for community service from the office of the Biden Administration.

As the visionary behind the She Is Me Ministry, Pastor Tracey has created a sacred space for women to connect, grow, and find strength in their shared journeys — focusing on a complete framework for transformation through holistic healing, while teaching fundamental principles and life skills that transform lives and create a better future for generations to come.
