Long before the pulpit, Pastor Tracey was a woman in the wilderness — wrestling with trauma, silence, and seasons no one saw. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, she endured childhood trauma, profound loss, and seasons of homelessness that would have silenced most. But what the enemy meant for harm, God reshaped into a blueprint for ministry.

For thirty years she built a distinguished career at UPS, rising through dedication and grit until the Lord called her to lay it down and step fully into the work He had been preparing all along. Today she serves as Christian Pastor of One Love Ministries of Christ Church on the campus of Kentucky State University, and as Founder and CEO of She Is Me Ministry — a global community where women find the courage to heal and the clarity to walk in purpose.

She is also the author of Necessary Affliction: The Blueprint of Pain to Purpose, a testimony in print that walks readers from brokenness into the beautiful plan God still holds for their lives. A survivor who now leads other women into wholeness, Pastor Tracey reminds every heart she meets: the same God who carried you through can use you to carry others.
